Vedy does not collect your data. Everything the app records stays on your iPhone.
Vedy has no accounts, no servers and no analytics. Your workouts, routines, streak and progress photos are stored on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to us or to anyone else.
This information never leaves your iPhone unless you deliberately share it — for example by using the share button to send a session summary or a photo comparison to another app. What happens to it after that is governed by whichever app you send it to.
Vedy asks for camera access only if you choose to take a progress photo. Photos you take or select are stored inside Vedy on your device. They are not written to your camera roll, not uploaded, and not visible to anyone else. You can delete them at any time.
If you choose an existing photo, Vedy uses the system photo picker, which gives the app access only to the specific photo you pick and to nothing else in your library.
If you have iCloud Backup or encrypted local backups enabled on your iPhone, Vedy's data may be included in those backups, as with any app. Those backups are handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy, and we have no access to them.
Deleting the Vedy app from your iPhone removes everything it has stored. Individual sessions, routines and photos can also be deleted inside the app. Because we hold nothing, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
Data protection law, including the GDPR, gives you rights over personal data held about you — access, correction, deletion, and others. Vedy holds no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose or erase. If you contact us by email, we will have whatever you choose to include in that message, and we will delete it on request.
Vedy is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone, including children.
If Vedy ever starts collecting data — for example if optional accounts or a social feature are added in future — this policy will be updated before that happens, and the change will be described in the app.
